i want to start off by saying for you age this is very good and what I'm going to say is meant to help you get better. it may feel harsh but i am not picking on you, i'm just trying to help you get better

this is a nice head shot of a well know comic characters , and by just glancing at it i can tell who it is.

there are some things that need work on the line drawing two things pop out at me. the angle that she is at makes me feel that her right chin/cheek is a little wider then the other side, and it draws you eyes away from what you are ment to be looking at. the second thing that is a bit distracting line art wise is she shoulders are very slim giveing her the look of a chibi...but i dont think that was what you were going for. also all the lines are the same weight , for a shot this close up, i really think that you should make some lines thicker (maybe make her bangs thicker, and the front of her dress ) to help give her some depth

coloring wise you did a good job with keeping her face simple. over shading a girls face can make her look old, however , coloring can help you make things pop and a little shading underneath her bangs might have helped give this image more depth, also some light should have hit her neck it makes it look to flat with just the one color, the only other thing i have to sat about the coloring is around her bow the edges you can see white pixels when the image is large

i love the colors you chose for the background , they balance very well and the fad is very smooth good job.

the only other thing i have to say is i think her name could have been placed in a more creative way then just to the side of the piece, you could cut that out and it wouldn't have any effect on the piece , words in art work can be though, but even just adding an arch or changing an angle, and even layering it could be a world of difference
