This was in my opinion the best Doctor! Angry, happy, sad, tortured, whimsical, energetic, monotone, he was all these things! no other doctor could compare!

the 11th doctor isn't bad but he is just too... monotone, even when he is trying to be funny I can't really feel the emotion with him.

you know what Matt Smith grew on me alot, i re watched ten's run earlier this year and felt the mopping about rose really brought my enjoyment of his run down, still i love ten still and enjoyed most of his episodes

dont get me wrong i still love Ten over nine, and nine over seven, and i havent seen enough of the other doctors to make a jugement, still like you said you think eleven is monotone, i dont, the best part of changing doctors is everyone can have there doctor and nerd fight to the death over it
